Moving Bricks

From Luke's letter:

"the Last two pictures are from a service project we did today. We moved 1500 bricks up a hill where trucks or tractors go. It was for an investigator who is building her house."

Mother's day

We get a phone call from Luke today at 4pm. Here he is on the border of Equador.
We will leave church early to get the call. (yes the Bishop's fam is skipping out)
He is in Columbia, South America on a mission and will be home in December.
I'll write what he tells us later...
We will get to skype Robert and the new baby, Zachery Bruce born on April 26th and we will get to skype (that means a camera visit, like on Star Trek~ we are living the dream!) Ben and his fam and Duncan. We hope to get a call from Dan in Medford, Or. and Crys in Utah then I will be very, very happy. Well at least more happy than usual...

Luke in Columbia

The pictures are from the baptism and the conference. The one with me and my companion, and the short missionary in between is a three generation photo. Me, my trainer and my trainers trainer. The other is of our entire zone, and then the picture of the baptism. The black man is from Nigeria and only speaks English, I got to translate for him at the baptism. His friends are interested in the gospel and they don´t speak Spanish either, so I could end up teaching in English!
