Gratitude

Good news this morning. The nurse said Mr. Kevan had a decent night, he was stable, he is on a liquid diet, which is a feeding formula. He was awake, she couldn't tell if he knew anyone.

I received a beautiful pot of yellow mums for the front stairs to add to the pumpkins and cornstalks. And 3 gorgeous orange roses that have a smell. Grandpa Wilson used to raise roses and he said sometimes roses would lose their smell in favor of a color. Not so these roses.Their smell is heavenly. Thank you so much for both flowers!

Began a report for the auto insurance.

Got the rest of the costumes for the high school musical together.

Andrew has a new leg brace. It looks like a cyborg attachment. He has more movement and can do stairs.

We are grateful Mr. Kevan wears a helmet. It saved his life.

We are grateful there were policemen already on the scene.

We are grateful for friends that open their homes to us.

We are grateful for our school family, our church family and our community family.

We are grateful for insurance. (not the reports...)

We are grateful for your kind messages, that make me tear up and your desires to do anything for us. Come fall we will have a plethora of leaves that will need raking...

We are blessed to live in a community that cares so much.

Some people call it luck, Luckee, We call it blessings from heaven.

Good night Neverland.

Karen, I am so sorry to hear of Bruce's accident. Thanks for the updates, I'm sure you are going crazy. (Or should I say "crazier") Hang in there and know that Bruce and you are in my thoughts and prayers. Love you Karen!
