This is mom's famous jello salad. I love the salty, sweet tastes.
STRAWBERRY SALAD/DESSERT
2 1/2 CUPS CRUSHED PRETZELS 2 CUPS WHIPPED TOPPING (DREAM
3/4 CUP MELTED Margarine WHIP)
3 t. SUGAR
8 OZ CREAM CHEESE
1 CUP SUGAR
1 6OZ PKG. STRAWBERRY JELLO
2 CUPS BOILING WATER
1. COMBINE PRETZELS, Margarine AND 3 T. SUGAR. PRESS INTO 9 X 12 pan bake 10 MINUTES AT 375'. COOL.
2. SOFTEN CREAM CHEESE, MIX 1 CUP SUGAR. FOLD IN WHIPPED TOPPING.
SPREAD OVER PRETZELS. CHILL.
3. DISSOLVE STRAWBERRY GELATIN IN BOILING WATER. ADD FROZEN STRAWBERRIES. chill. when ALMOST SET, POUR OVER CREAM CHEESE LAYER.
CHILL. SPRINKLE WITH A FEW PRETZELS.

yep my most favorite jello salad ever!!! My grandma used to make it all the time and I make it now love it! The only difference is in her recipe she adds like a cup of crushed pineapple with the cream cheese mixture... So tasty! :)
